Our service helps organize and summarize information within uploaded documents, but should not be considered a replacement for professional legal advice, inspection advice, broker supervision, required statutory disclosures, or thorough personal review.

• You must provide accurate information when using our services
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree not to upload any documents you don't have the right to share
• You understand our analysis is supplementary and not a legal opinion, inspection report, brokerage review, or transaction recommendation
• You are responsible for verifying all output before using it with clients or in a transaction
• You understand that DiscloseFlow does not include human review unless a separate written agreement expressly says otherwise

4. Limitation of Liability

DiscloseFlow provides analysis tools but is not responsible for decisions made based on this analysis. Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

5. Professional Responsibility

DiscloseFlow outputs are generated automatically and do not guarantee that every issue, omission, defect, risk, or disclosure item will be identified. Real estate licensees, brokers, buyers, sellers, inspectors, attorneys, and other professionals remain responsible for their own review, judgment, supervision, and advice.

6. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DiscloseFlow and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service.
